Meet Laura Day DelCotto

Laura Day DelCotto is a respected Kentucky attorney in practice for over thirty years, and is the founder and owner of DelCotto Law Group in Lexington, KY. Having worked with hundreds of clients facing financial distress, she has witnessed first-hand the negative emotional, mental and physical impacts of stress. Counseling clients through their unique difficulties has led her into a search for better answers to today’s stressful lifestyles.

Practicing yoga for twenty years to handle her own stress, Laura Day became certified to teach yoga and Ayurvedic lifestyle. The philosophies, principles and practices of the ancient Vedic teachings are common-sense solutions to being your own best self.  

Laura Day is currently balancing her legal practice with speaking, writing, counseling and teaching on yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices. Her goal is to support others in living a life of clarity and balance through all of life’s ups and downs.
